NBnet is a privately-owned consultancy providing training, business advisory, change management, capacity development, marketing, project management and business advice — customised to the realities of Southern African organisations.
Our history
Africa faces meaningful skills gaps and challenges. NBnet was founded to respond to those gaps through strategy — closely following the priorities of the Departments of Education, Labour, Science and Technology, Trade & Industry, DPSA and the Sector Education and Training Authorities.
We formulate training programmes that are customised to address specific competency gaps, then follow a rigorous five-stage strategy: client brief, customisation, training, workplace practical implementation, and post-implementation review.
Through strong management profiles we also deliver project management services to training providers — including learnership management and formal project closures.
